Jacking up the kitchen corner - small jack
Jacking up the kitchen corner - 20000 lb jack. Corner raised less than 1 inch and kitchen wing still slopes down towards the north by 3 to 4 in total.
Oops - pipes freeze - breaking hot water pipe and cracking radiator! Openings made in wall were not sufficiently insulated and temperature dropped to below 10 deg F.
Plumber repairs the hot water pipe. The radiator is not repairable - electric heaters brought in to keep the kitchen a little warm.
Kitchen wall insulated and buttoned up for the night.
